19-year-old Demarquez K. Nelson, of Chicago's Lawndale neighborhood, is on the fast track to an early grave... and if someone doesn't lock him up and throw away the key, he'll probably take a life or two, along the way.
Nelson, who was recently charged with a December 11, 2012, shooting near a South Side police station, has been arrested multiple times during his short and seemingly miserable life.
Court records show Nelson was scooped up for an apparent parole violation on August 27, 2012; and prior to that, he was arrested for a drug-related offense on October 20, 2011.
When this kid finally bites the dust, no one can say they didn't see it coming.
