May 'god' bless the truly needy, but most "homeless" beggars aren't really homeless, nor are they penniless.
Instead, they scam the system and use taxpayer dollars to feed their addictions.
For most panhandlers, begging on the streets is just another way to earn extra cash to obtain their drug of choice.
