Overnight, there were at least two reports of a Peeping Tom pleasuring himself while looking in people’s windows.

Although both incidents took place on Chicago’s North Side, the first known occurrence happened around 12:57 a.m. on the 1700 block of West Wallen Avenue in Rogers Park.

A male Hispanic in dark-colored clothing was seen masturbating outside a basement apartment window, according to a police dispatch report.

Several hours later, a similar crime was reported in the city’s Bowanville community.

Shortly after 3 a.m., a woman caught a man masturbating outside her window on the 2200 block of West Foster Avenue, near Foster and Leavitt.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, about 5’10”, wearing all black clothing.

According to police dispatch, after catching the man looking in her window, the victim chased the offender down the street with a hammer.

Citing police communications, this morning was the fourth time the suspect was seen masturbating outside the woman’s residence.

Chicago News Report believes the Rogers Park and Bowmanville crimes are related.
