A woman was kicked in the back during a strong arm robbery in Chicago’s North Side Ravenswood neighborhood, said police.

An investigating officer said the victim was walking near the intersection of (4700) North Damen and (2000) West Leland Avenues around 12:18 a.m. when a black male offender kicked her from behind.

After attacking the woman, the thief grabbed the victim’s white iPhone, with a blue sticker on the back, and fled northbound on Damen toward Lawrence Avenue, said police.

The suspect, who has a dark complexion, is 20 to 25-years-old, 150 to 170 pounds, and approximately 6’1”.

The cell thief was dressed in a white T-shirt, light-colored blue jeans, and white gym shoes.
