VIDEO: Chicago police officer chokes, suffocates suspect?

A white Chicago police officer was videotaped allegedly choking and suffocating a black suspect.

In the video, the officer in question has one hand over the suspect's mouth and his other hand appears to be on the suspect's neck.

Lying flat on his back, the suspect flails his legs and tries to break free.

When a bystander tried to pulled the officer's hands off the suspect, a second officer lunged at her, while swinging his fists.

Another female onlooker was so outraged, she screamed, "You chokin' him! Somebody dial 911! You chokin' him!"

Toward the end of the video, a male voice can be heard saying, "Hey! What are you doing to that boy?"

The footage concludes with the sounds of sirens approaching the scene.

Chicago News Report asked a veteran police officer to review this video and she said it appears the officer is trying to keep the suspect from swallowing narcotics.

The officer also said she does not believe the cop was trying to choke the suspect.

Thus far, the person who provided this video hasn't returned our emails. If we get more information, this article will be updated, immediately.
