12:42 a.m. -- A woman, battered by a male and a female offender in Lincoln Park, fled to The Wiener's Circle at 2622 North Clark Street, where she asked for help.
According to police dispatch, the victim refused medical attention.
1:33 a.m. -- Police were looking for a suspect who allegedly threatened to shoot the driver of a northbound #22 Clark Street bus.
Citing preliminary information, the incident happened near North Clark Street and West Belle Plaine Avenue on bus number 1148.
Although the threat was made, the CTA bus driver did not see a weapon, said police.
The suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall black man wearing a checkered shirt and black pants.
During the last update, police were checking a nearby gas station for the offender.
2:15 a.m. -- A man's windows were blown out by an explosion after someone threw fireworks in a gangway on the 4800 block of North Talman Avenue, between Ainslie and Gunnison Streets.
2:16 a.m. -- A citizen reported a man exposing himself in the Bank of America, ATM lobby at 6359 North Broadway, at Broadway and Sheridan.
2:39 a.m. -- In Boystown, a man was struck in the face with an unknown object near Belmont and Halsted.
A responding officer observed blood on the man's face and immediately requested an ambulance at 3206 North Halsted Street.
Exactly one minute later, the officer cancelled the ambulance, because the man walked away.
According to the officer, the man said he was going to "walk to the hospital".
3:36 a.m. -- A man complained several times about the noise/construction at the old Ravenswood Hospital building at 1931 West Wilson Avenue.
It's the same building where 16-year-old Jose Morales was fatally injured after he fell two-stories through a hole in the floor.
3:55 a.m. -- A shooting victim was reported at 915 West Wilson Avenue.
A 911 caller claimed an injured man, lying in the gangway, knocked on his window and said he had been shot.
Authorities gave no indication the shooting was bona fide.
4:17 a.m. -- A battery and criminal damage to property were reported at the intersection of North Sheffield and West Belmont Avenues.
The first report indicated a male and female were fighting.
A subsequent report, via a Chicago police officer, stated 20 black youths were destroying a newspaper stand.
4:45 a.m. -- Employees at the Lake View Starbucks, 3184 North Clark Street, asked police to remove five males dressed in women's clothing.
4:54 a.m. -- Two black males were threatening customers at the Streeterville neighborhood 7-Eleven at 201 East Ohio Street, near Ohio and St. Clair.
