21-year-old Germaine Walker Jr., of the 1300 block of North Hudson Avenue, has been charged with unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, reports the Chicago Tribune.
On Sunday, July 22, 2012, around 7:30 a.m., Walker attacked a 50-something-year-old female jogger on the 300 block of West Menomonee Street, in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, said authorities.
Investigators said Walker tried to drag the woman into an alley and he threatened to kill her if she continued to scream.
When two joggers ran by, Walker fled the scene, said the Tribune.
According to Walker's Facebook page, he graduated from Lincoln Park High School in 2008 and he has at least one daughter.
We wonder how Mr. Walker would feel if someone attacked his child they same way he allegedly attacked that jogger.
