At 7:37 p.m., authorities responded to 2730 South State Street, where an estimated 40 black females were fighting and throwing bottles at one another, according to police dispatch reports.
When the female hooligans ran out of the building, a 3-year-old girl was hit in the head with a door and knocked unconscious, said police.
Although the toddler soon regained consciousness, she sustained a bump on her forehead, said an officer at the scene.
Citing preliminary police communications, three people were arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon.
