If you want to know what's destroying America's black youth, start by examining the values of the so-called parents who are giving birth to a generation of losers.
Case in point: A black "mother" was filmed encouraging her young daughter to dance like a strung-out stripper in front of onlookers at the 2012 Puerto Rican Festival in Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood.
Glowing with pride, the shameless mom arched her back and stuck out her buttocks, to show her impressionable daughter how it's done.
Instead of being disgusted by the inappropriate behavior, other young, black females stood on the sidelines and smiled.
Apparently, the sexualization of children is an acceptable practice in certain communities.
