A naked man, with a semi-erection, was filmed casually strolling through a downtown Chicago street.
The man was recorded walking northbound on the east side on North Michigan Avenue, across the street from the Chicago Hilton Hotel at 720 South Michigan Avenue.
The motorist who filmed the incident asked the man if he was drunk.
"I'd like to be," replied the naked man.
