When a mentally ill man dropped his pants and relieved himself in front of a Far North Side, Rogers Park restaurant, he nearly started a riot.

On June 29, 2012, around 9 p.m., YouTube user FreddiesModernKungFu filmed a man urinating in front of 1632 West Howard Street.

According to online business records, the address belongs to Sizzlers Pizza & Grill.

A male Hispanic or Asian in his 20s, dropped his pants, whipped out his penis, and pissed in front of a plate glass window - in full view of several female customers.

When a man standing on the sidewalk saw what the man was doing, he became enraged and started yelling at the mentally ill man.

The mentally challenged man responded by waving his hands frantically and putting his fingers in his ears.

Then, the pissed off bystander started yelling at the women for failing to intervene.

"Instead of you standing there watching him do that, you supposed to check his ass and send him on his way... he can understand that," exclaimed the angry man.

"We don't know him," shot back one woman inside the restaurant.

"Who you talkin to," yelled another female customer. "Ain't no motherfucker gonna check no grown ass man. Who the fuck you talkin' to?"

Within seconds of the verbal confrontation, a small crowd had gathered outside the Rogers Park restaurant.
