Employee stabbed at Uptown, Andersonville bar, restaurant

A male employee was stabbed in the back at an Uptown, Andersonville neighborhood bar and restaurant, said police.

The incident occurred around 1:34 a.m. at T’s Bar & Restaurant at 5025 North Clark Street, near Clark and Winnemac, according to police dispatch reports.

Investigators said two Hispanic males were involved in the stabbing.

One offender was wearing a gray shirt and the other suspect was wearing a bright yellow shirt, said police. 

Investigators said one of the assailants was carrying a backpack.

After the stabbing, both suspects fled the scene northbound on Clark Street.

As of 1:51 a.m., the offenders were still at large. 

Police did not offer a motive for the North Side stabbing.
