Apparently, a woman’s dog was fatally wounded at a North Side park.

The woman told police her dog was killed at Pottawattomie Park, 7340 North Rogers Avenue in Rogers Park.

It's unclear when the alleged incident occurred.

The woman's dog was killed by another dog that was off its leash, said one source.

Police are investigating.
