WARNING! THIS VIDEO CONTAINS OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE AND RACIAL SLURS!
On March 14, 2011, members of the Chicago Police Department were filmed during a confrontation with two handcuffed suspects.
The alleged offenders, a 16-year-old black male and an 18-years-old black male, were handcuffed together. The 18-year-old shirtless subject refused to cooperate with police and resisted arrest several times.
At one point during the confrontation, a detective slapped the shirtless man on the back of the head and said, “knock it off!” The uncooperative suspect responded with further resistance and even told the detective that he wanted the officer to hit him.

Eventually, the combative suspect was tackled and thrown to the ground, and the 16-year-old who was handcuffed to him, also went down.
When back up arrived, a war of words, peppered with foul language, ensued.
The 16-year-old suspect’s sister, who recorded the confrontation, lost her temper when a newly arrived officer told her to “shut the f*ck up!”
The angry camerawoman retaliated by calling the cops puss*es and telling them to “shut the f*ck up!”
A detective threatened to lock the camerawoman up for recording the confrontation. “Did you know that recording is a felony and I can lock you up for it,” asked the detective.
Defiantly, she did not stop recording.

Still riled up by being told to “shut the f*ck up!”, the camerawoman went on the attack with a string of profanities, prompting another officer at the scene to ask her to watch her mouth. The 16-year-old suspect’s angry sister bluntly reminded the officer that she was not the first one to drop an f-bomb, and continued to curse at the officers and call them puss*es.
As the officers pulled away with the arrestees, the angry woman took a final swipe at law enforcement. “That’s why all ya’ll ass dying slowly,” she said, as the police car drove out of sight. Her remark was undoubtedly aimed at the number of Chicago police officers who have been killed in the line of duty.
EDITOR'S NOTE: I contacted the owner of the following video, several times. I wanted to know if the young men were still in jail and if they had been charged with a crime. So far, the owner has not responded to my emails.
Once again, I have to warn you, the language in this footage is raw.
