Early Saturday morning, a man was mugged on a back street on Chicago’s North Side, said police.

The strong-arm robbery occurred around 2:59 a.m., in the alley behind Clark’s restaurant at 930 West Belmont, near Belmont and Wilton Avenues.

A black male, believed to be in his twenties, stole the victim’s red Motorola Flip Phone.

The offender is approximately 5’8”, 200 pounds, has a dark complexion, and short hair. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored blue jeans.

The crook and three other black male suspects, fled the scene in a dark-colored, late model, four-door Nissan Altima, said authorities.

No arrests have been made.

Police are investigating.
