Two Chicago cops have been accused of doing the unthinkable.
Several news sources are reporting that two officers have been stripped of their police powers after being accused of committing a sexual assault.
The purported crime occurred Wednesday, March 30, 2011, on Chicago's North Side.
The female victim told investigators two uniformed officers raped her in her apartment, after giving her a ride home.
According to an ABC 7 news report, after the alleged rape, the officers left evidence at the scene, including a cell phone. ABC's report also indicates both officers have been arrested.
Surprisingly, a popular and extremely vocal Chicago police blog, has been uncharacteristically silent on this issue.
